At Selyca, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for eligible orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Selyca does not accept returns of merchandise. Instead, customers may request a refund if their order meets the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Eligible Refund Situations

You may qualify for a refund if:

1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

2. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item received and your order information for verification.

3. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, you may be eligible for a refund.

Please allow sufficient time for carrier investigations before a refund is issued.

4. Items Not Received

If your tracking information shows no delivery and the package cannot be located, please contact us for assistance.

Each case will be reviewed individually.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings or photography

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or intentionally damaged


No Returns Accepted

Selyca does not require customers to return products in order to receive an approved refund.

We do not operate a return program and do not provide return shipping labels.

In certain cases, we may request additional information or documentation before determining refund eligibility.


Refund Review Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation

  • Deny claims that cannot be verified

  • Refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity

All refund decisions are made at Selyca's sole discretion based on the information available.


Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

  • Most refunds are reflected within 5–10 business days after approval.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@selyca.com so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.
